All Racing Tires including DOT labeled Racing R Compound Tires are designed for competition purposes only on specified racing surfaces and are not to be operated on public roadways. DOT labeled Racing Tires meet Department Of Transportation requirements for marking and performance only and are NOT INTENDED FOR HIGHWAY USE. It is unsafe to operate any Racing Tire including DOT R Compound tires on public roads. The prohibited use of Racing Tires on public roadways may result in loss of traction, unexpected loss of vehicle control, or sudden loss of tire pressure, resulting in a vehicle crash and SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH.

“Streetable Track Tires” are subject to the respective manufacturer restrictions and guidance including that for restricted use in cold and wet conditions.

Racing and track day use of a vehicle is inherently dangerous with significant risk of personal injury or even death. When a TrackDayTire.com LLC customer or sponsored driver participates in both on track lapping or vehicle racing / competition of any form including Track Day, HPDE, Time Trial, and Autocross events, he/she accepts the risk inherent therein. TrackDayTire.com LLC makes no warranty that any recommendations or products supplied are guaranteed for fitness of use, personal safety, or freedom from physical injury on the track or public roads.

In addition to acknowledgment & agreement to use the product as specified above, by payment of this purchase, you (the customer) also acknowledge you are over the age of 18, understand and agree to the above statements holding TrackDayTire.com LLC harmless and taking full responsibility for any and all risk, liability, damage, injury, or death possibly related to purchases from TrackDayTire.com LLC.
