Return/Refund Policy
If your order is incorrect or you have a need to return or exchange an item, please call customer service at (239)-789-6179 within 48 hours of receiving goods. Customer service will provide you with a ground shipping return label and answer any questions regarding the product return/exchange procedure. Excluding Michelin Tires, we will accept returns up to 10 days after your receipt of goods. *please contact customer service before filing any lost tire/claim issue with the shipping company as we will be able to help effectively.
Please follow the returns procedure check list below to ensure that no shipping damage will occur.
- Excluding Michelin tires, only unused, size sticker still affixed to the tire, undamaged product that has not been mounted nor driven on is eligible for return.
- Credit amount will be less all freight charges incurred both outbound and return with the exception of Trackdaytire.com fulfillment errors.
- *Please note: On average, return freight charges incurred are between $20-100 per tire. Cost varies based on tire size and address.
- Orders shipped via Federal Express or UPS are charged freight both ways on refused shipments.
- Credits will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used on the original order.
- Please do not ship return tires via the U.S. Postal Service.
- Original packaging or strapping should be completely intact.
- Make sure each returned tire has the shipping label attached provided by TrackDayTire.
Shipping and Damage Claims
If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact Customer service via e-mail within 48 hours. Please attach a picture of damaged product if possible. We will report the damage to the shipper and arrange for replacement or exchange.
