Shipping and Returns

Return/Refund Policy

If your order is incorrect or you have a need to return or exchange an item, please call customer service at (239)-789-6179 within 48 hours of receiving goods. Customer service will provide you with a ground shipping return label and answer any questions regarding the product return/exchange procedure. Excluding Michelin Tires, we will accept returns up to 10 days after your receipt of goods. *please contact customer service before filing any lost tire/claim issue with the shipping company as we will be able to help effectively.

Please follow the returns procedure check list below to ensure that no shipping damage will occur.

  • Excluding Michelin tires, only unused, size sticker still affixed to the tire, undamaged product that has not been mounted nor driven on is eligible for return.
  • Credit amount will be less all freight charges incurred both outbound and return with the exception of Trackdaytire.com fulfillment errors.
  • *Please note: On average, return freight charges incurred are between $20-100 per tire. Cost varies based on tire size and address.
  • Orders shipped via Federal Express or UPS are charged freight both ways on refused shipments.
  • Credits will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used on the original order.
  • Please do not ship return tires via the U.S. Postal Service.
  • Original packaging or strapping should be completely intact.
  • Make sure each returned tire has the shipping label attached provided by TrackDayTire.

Shipping and Damage Claims

If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact Customer service via e-mail within 48 hours. Please attach a picture of damaged product if possible. We will report the damage to the shipper and arrange for replacement or exchange.

Payment & Order Processing

Payment is collected at the time your order is placed. This allows us to promptly secure available inventory and, when necessary, source products directly from the manufacturer or our distribution partners to fulfill your order.

Some products may not be physically stocked at our facility and may be ordered specifically to fulfill your purchase. Product availability and estimated shipping times may vary.
